Message	Ash generally takes a while to deliver, and since you're based in Asia, it should take longer than standard delivery for the contiguous 48. He is notoriously difficult to get in touch with (i.e. the reason for the title of my post), but he will eventually reply to your e-mail and you will eventually get your parts. Ash seems like a stand-up guy, but needs to get his communication ducks in a row as he is running a business.
